We primarily serve printing companies that specialize in producing fabric graphics but may not have the specialized equipment required for finishing. Our services fill that gap—providing expert seaming, hemming, and the application of sewn Velcro, webbing, and Keder (silicone edge) to create finished banners and display-ready graphics.

Materials
Fabrics range from heavy/light canvas, vinyl, mesh, back lit SEG fabric, tablecloth, to name a few and we are capable to meet your challenges.

Our largest percentage of clientele are printing companies, which produce the fabric graphics and do not have the specialty equipment to seam, hem, apply sewn Velcro, webbing or the Keder (Silicon) to the SEG banners

We handle many types of materials and have not had a request of anything we were not able to have a solution to. Some banners require 2-3 people to produce, based on oversized projects. If they are unable to cut the material to final, we can cut it for them.

Stitch/Print/Pack/Ship is exactly that. We have the capability to be more than just a sewing service. Not only can we sew your product, but we can pack it and ship to many locations per a client distribution list. Currently we offer small screen-printing services as well as embroidery. We are expanding our services in the print and cutting service to better service the industry on the west coast and pacific northwest
Equipment
We use over a dozen standard industrial machines from Juki, Artisan, Sun Star, Singer, which gives us a wide variety of stitching styles. We have one Matic for the SEG projects.
All projects are customizable, which is inherent with each project. A client delivers use the specifications of size, placement and finishing requirements.
HOW TO DISPLAY YOUR BANNER
At AIS, we recommend using cords, strings, or bungees to securely attach fabric banners with grommets to stationary objects such as poles or fences. For smaller banners, rope or ribbon offers an elegant hanging option. For rigid surfaces like wood, walls, or concrete, screws and washers provide a durable solution. Banners with pole pockets are ideal for indoor displays, booths, and trade shows. Please note, fabric banners are not designed for extended outdoor use, as prolonged exposure can cause fading and irreversible fabric damage.
